The Da Vinci Code and a Mother's Day gift

Have you read The Da Vinci Code ? If you have, then half my job is done. The Da Vinci Code is the story of people's pursuit of the feminine aspect of divinity, to which justice wasn't done by the male-dominated society. Dan Brown calls this suppressed aspect of divinity the sacred feminine .

Mother's Day is approaching and I thought that a little bit of thinking would be in order while making up your mind about the most ideal gift for your mother on that day. History gives you one clear gift idea for Mother's Day - a Mother and Child figurine.

Let me tell you why the gift item of a Mother and Child Figurine is most appropriate for Mother's Day.

All through human history, the feminine was considered powerful because of its creative and nurturing forces.

The worship of the Mother Goddess was a practice in early human civilizations. Statues featuring pregnant women and figurines featuring a mother and child were discovered by archaeologists studying ancient civilizations.

Excavations of the Neolithic civilizations which flourished in Sesklo in Greece and Çatalhöyük in Anatolia showed figurines featuring mother and child. Mind you, this was almost seven millennia Before Christ.

An ancient civilization flourished in the northwest part of India three millennia Before Christ. Folks there worshiped the Mother Goddess and there were images and sculptures of the Mother in her glory.

Archaeological studies show that in Mexico, two centuries Before Christ, the inhabitants of the region made figurines portraying mother and child.

In the Christian tradition too, the mother and child image is of great importance. Mary's love and care for her son Jesus has inspired many pictures and sculptures.

It seems that the past was full of mother and child figurines. In other words, mother's love has been a fascinating theme for human beings since time immemorial.

If you look at the Mother and Child figurines that are available in the market these days, you would see quite a range of cultural diversity . You find such figurines depicting African Americans, the Maasai tribe of Kenya and Tanzania, Native Americans, and the Japanese.

The Mother and Child theme seems to be a great leveler of diverse human cultures!

There is a famous Spanish company called Lladro which produces fine porcelain figurines. One of their Mother's Day gifts, a part of their Catholic collection, is a child in mother's arms - a picture understood and liked by people all over the world.

If you are like the great Leonardo Da Vinci or the fictitious but admirable Robert Langdon (easier remembered as Tom Hanks in the movie adaptation), you would worship the sacred feminine. You would not have any second thoughts about what to gift your mother with on Mother's Day - a lovely Mother and Child figurine!

Buying A Used ATV Cheap

When it comes to ATVs, they are going to be quite expensive. No matter where you are or what you want to use your ATV for, you are going to find that you might need to spend a little extra cash in order to find one that you like. However, if you are in the market for an ATV and you don't want to spend a lot of money, a used ATV might be a good option for you.

Options

If you are looking at purchasing a used ATV you have lots of options. Because ATV's are very popular, many people get one, decide they don't' want it, and sell it used. Also, because of the popularity, some people get them and only use them once or twice, before they decide that an ATV is not for them. Because of these reasons, many of the used atvs cheap on the market are actually almost brand new. However, because they have been bought, run a couple of times, and have probably been sitting in someone's garage, they can't be sold at the new prices. This means you'll be able to find a deal on used ATV prices.

Good Things

The good thing about buying a used ATV is that ATVs are usually very durable. Even if one has been ridden hard, there is little chance that it is going to be in bad shape. They are quite simple and easy to fix, so chances are that even a used ATV is going to give you a lot of fun before you need to buy a new one. The other good thing is that usually used atvs cheap can be found so cheap that it doesn't even matter how long they last.

Bad Things

However, there are some things that you should watch out for if you are buying a used ATV. First of all, try to get some history about it. If it has gone into the water, or had a major accident, you probably don't want to buy it no matter how cheap it might be. You should be sure that you have some kind of history on the ATV before you buy it.

Watch Out For

Watch out for any used ATV that you aren't allowed to test drive. This is going to be a big way to tell you that it isn't worth driving, if you can't even see how it works! Also, be wary of any used ATV where the seller won't answer questions about it, or says that they don't know. Don't let the seller start it up for you, start it up for yourself and get an idea of how it works.

Adwords Ads Now Free?

A new breakthrough secret is all you now need in order to get your Google AdWords pay-per-clicks FREE!

A gentleman from New York discovered what he calls an "oversight" on the part of 99.9% of all marketers that allows him to get otherwise paid-for advertising at Google as well as all other search engines that allow sponsored ads.

And no, nothing about his "secret" is illegal - nor does it require that you know someone on the "inside" at Google, Yahoo, MSN, Overture and others.

Instead, the New Yorker boasts proudly "...this is something that I caught onto just before 2000 when there was so much search engine craze running around, and started doing small just to test things at first ... but which I later expanded on after getting the hang of it."

This same fellow went on to start and operate sixteen separate online companies selling everything from pet food, DVDs, children's toys & games, books, software, and sold not only his own manufactured products but became an affiliate for other web businesses - all the while applying his mastermind secret.

Over the course of nearly eight years the New Englander confesses "I've actually gotten over $87 million in advertising that using my secret I never had to pay for ... and the largest share of which was more recently in Google pay-per-clicks as well as other forms of pad advertising at search engines ... all of which I got for free ..."

So powerful is his secret that he's able to monopolize any niche online, and can always secure the top premium spots just above the usual organic results featured at most search engines.

He still has to set up an account with the search engines - but after applying his secret he is removed from having to pay for all the costs otherwise involved.

Again, nothing about his secret is either illegal or robs from the search engines.

One spokesperson from one of the most popular search engines said chuckling after being made privy to this amazing secret "Wow! Ha! This is really unique ... and in my expert opinion it would only serve to enhance and bring more business to us at [name of search engine withheld for legal & confidentiality reasons] and not cause us to lose business in the slightest. Amazing!"

The northerner revealed that in this nearly eight years' period of time since applying his secret he's done well over $300 million in sales revenue with a most diverse line of products, and most recently in the last two years netted nearly $166 million after really "buckling down and pressing my secret to its fullest potential."

Now to everyone else's fortune, the city slicker is releasing his secret for getting an unlimited amount of pay-per-click ads to the general public. But he's not promising any of us for how long.

A bit of an eccentric, the gentleman says "We'll see just how long I can make it available before it saturates things."

One famous public web guru pointed out that although this man may gain economically more so as a result of the publication of his secret "he's already so amazingly rich that whether he continues or discontinues its sale will neither make nor break the man, but not grabbing it for yourself while it's still available could prove disastrous for you as you may only have one chance, and a very limited one at that, to get this."

It is currently available at:

Get Google Ads Free

...so you may want to head on over there now and get it.

It's in a very easily readable format and is quickly and readily understood and mastered by anyone with even a 4th grade reading level.

While you're there, why not scroll down and review for yourself the huge successes others are now having with this incredible breakthrough in targeted advertising now made freely available to the rest of us?

To your success,

How to Self Clean Symbian OS Nokia Cell Phone Virus

Symbian OS cell phone has now gaining its popularity over other mobile operating systems (Window Mobile, Palm OS and Linux). However, it is vulnerable to a variety of viruses, such as commwarrior, cabir and etc. When we start sharing files via Bluetooth or installing an application software from any untrusted source, the chances of being infected by viruses are very high.

Nevetheless, it is still possible for the users to do the virus cleaning themselves without the need to send it to authorized service center or repair shop when it gets infected. This would save them some bucks but of course the best way is still having the right antivirus software being installed on your phone in the first place!

When your phone gets infected by commwarrior virus, you will notice a wording “infected by Commwarrior” near the operator logo area. I saw this once on my previous phone, Nokia 3650, and the phone gone crazy by just shutting down and restart by itself. The worm replicated itself through the phone's Multimedia Messaging System (MMS) and it sends copies of itself to other phone owners listed in the phone user's address book. Do not panic! Follow the steps listed below and your phone will be alright. These steps were taught by my friend who is working in mobile phone clinic. Apparently, he used this technique and resolved most of the mobile phones that were infected by viruses.

First, remove memory card from your mobile. Then, turn on your phone, recycle the power by keying *#7370#. You will be prompted to confirm a security code. The default code is 12345. Be cautious that by entering the code you are actually doing a hard reset on your mobile, which also means it will erase everything including your profile, personal data and put the phone back to factory default setting. Once you do that, your phone will be free of virus. Also be reminded that the memory card may have been infected by virus as well. Do not insert it back to the phone before formatting it using card reader on the PC.

This is my personal experience and it works for most of the Nokia models. However, it is always advisable to have the antivirus software installed on your mobile. The famous one would be Symantec Mobile Security for Symbian OS smartphone which could protect your mobile against any virus threat.

Hacking - A Fullstop on E-system

Passion or Madness: Now days, it has become a passion to learn about hacking and information security. Sometimes I do not understand that whether it is a passion or a kind of madness. This passion has resulted due to several news articles, media stories and the excitement showing hacking related thrills in films. But, on the other hand there is a fact also that very few peoples know anything in-depth about the topic of hacking and information security. So, I would suggest that without adequate knowledge please do not get mad behind passion. Sometimes this passion may become dangerous from the legal point of view. There is nothing wrong to gain expertise, but there is need to realize a fact about incorrect issues behind hacking. I will come to this topic in depth, later in the same chapter. Be Alert and Aware: Do you think that hacking is an expert level work? Do you think that information security and hacking are one and same things? If yes! Then you are absolutely wrong. Many children in the age group of 14-16 years are having sufficient knowledge to hack any website or collect important data facts from the internet. So, internet being the big source of information it's a child game to perform hacking related activities. Many hackers whose aim is to just earn money from you, they give seminars and workshops along with misguide you that, "learn hacking in an ethical way for a brilliant career". But, I am not going to explain in this way, to any of you. Instead, I would like to explain the fact in a positive way with a positive attitude. A teacher's task is to show right path to students and not misguide them for gaining their personal benefits. So I would suggest that instead of going for the knowledge of hacking, gain the knowledge by learning something, which is said to be an expert level job. And this expert level job is known as information security expertise in technical terms. Hope you might have understood the difference between hacking (not expert level job) and information security (expert level job) from this topic. So, be alert from such misguidance.

Other then passion, one more side of coin also exists. Many institutes and independent peoples call themselves hacker and/or information security experts. But the reality behind their expertise and skills gets displayed in front of non-technical peoples and the victims who undergo for training, courses, certifications, seminars and workshop with such types of self-claimed hackers or institutes, when such victims and non-technical peoples realize that they are not satisfied for which they have spent time and money. The actual reality behind fooling is that the peoples who undergo for such seminars, workshops, courses, etc. most probably undergo through a psychology that, "the person or institute from which we will receive knowledge during the training sessions is an expert or is providing quality education as he was published by media agencies or that it's a branded name in market for related subject talent or that he is an author of any book". I believe in practical, official and those tasks or actions for which evidence lies in front of my eyes. Thus, I am trying to explain to everyone that always be alert and aware, so that your hardly earned income does not get spend in such unnecessary waste of time.

I will give you my own example here! I have several articles about me in various newspapers and media agencies, but this doesn't mean that I am showing you the right path or that I am an expert. For example may be possible that I am a hacker, but this does not prove that I am an expert. So, expert level job is a totally different matter. The explanation about difference between hacking and expertise will come in next chapters So, first check out the level of my knowledge, how much practically I am able to prove my expertise, whether I am official & legal while undergoing for such tasks and finally the evidence part that whatever actions I undertake are proved right in front of eyes, instead of just talking theoretically. Always confirm yourself first, that you are learning with right person or institute or just wasting your time and money. May be possible that peoples might be receiving fees from you and in turn give you the knowledge of something(any other subject or topic about information technology field), which is not even single percent part of hacking or information security related topics. This happens most probably with non-technical peoples or fresher in information technology field.

False Publicity: Secondly, confirm that you are at least gaining the knowledge up to a level for which you have paid a particular amount. Don't just go behind false publicities before you confirm yourself and your inner feelings say that you are moving on right path. As concerns to book publishers, media agencies and films, I would like to confirm that none of them might be having full and fledge technical knowledge about information security field as concerns to my knowledge. It's similar to following examples on me:

A person comes and tells me that you are an expert please suggest me some medicines which can eradicate my serious disease of cancer. I am a technical professional and not a biological professional who is going to solve this problem. A person comes and tells me that suggest a good lawyer who can defend my case in court. Now tell me how do I give suggestion as to which lawyer can prove this person innocent in court of law. Thus, I can't do anything or have any knowledge about any field which is not my subject or area of work. Similarly, even media peoples, book publishers and film makers does not have adequate or complete knowledge and they believe the statement to be true which is explained to them by many misguiding self-claimed hackers and/or reputed institutes. So, these peoples are also not responsible for some of these kinds of activities published by them on any medium.

Language Troubling: There is one more part of cheating called use of useless and complicated language in order to misguide students and especially technically sound professionals. This is a very intelligent part of stunt used by many self claimed security peoples to misguide others. Usually when any self claimed hacker or institute doesn't know anything about complicated or expert level topic, and in such situation they want to include expert level topics in their study material without having any expert level knowledge; such peoples use very complicated words of English and prepare the contents in such a manner that it becomes very difficult to understand even for the persons who are fluent in English. A very complicated coding and useless technical terms are used in their study material, so that the victims cannot understand or claim against such self claimed hackers and so called specialized institutes, in a legal way. When any victim (user of such material) goes through such study materials and courses as well as certifications, they become helpless to understand such complicated and misguiding language, filled up of useless and non-understandable technical terms. Now, when they don't understand anything the common psychology of such victims understands that, "it's a part of expert level work and that's why they are unable to understand the matter or that he won't be able to complete this job successfully as he is not talented" and so on. In this way, the victims think themselves responsible for not understanding the expert level work. But they do not know that they have never been taught anything, which can be called an expert level education or job. This is what I am trying to explain you that it is not your fault, instead it is a stunt used by such self claimed hackers and institutes who tries to sell their services and materials by misguiding others with the help of language troubling. So here also there is a need to be aware and alert of any services or material offered by any self claimed hacker and specialized institutions. They just have an intention of earning a huge amount from you and do not have any feelings for the information security field, students or the nation in any way. This is the reason they use difficult word, complicated terms and technical coding in order misguide others so that no one knows about their level of their knowledge.

Finally: Thus, finally the topics should be very clear that

Don't get mad behind passion and be serious about legal activities. Be alert that you are receiving right knowledge for which you have paid. Be aware of what you are undergoing for is the right one for which you have paid and that too join after checking out. Be practical, official and believe only that which happens only in front of your eyes. You should have the guts to demand for evidence. Check the simplification of language used in the study material whether you can go through it and understand it or not, before purchasing any services or materials from self claimed hackers or so called expert level institutes which claims to be specialized in information security area. Try to understand the difference between a truth and a false, correct and incorrect, etc. by going in depth about every fact related to services, products or materials you are offered by any self claimed hacker or so called specialized institutes. Even if this is in my case, first check out with my study material, then get into the depth of my work background and then only purchase any services, products or material offered by me or on behalf of me. Don't get misguided behind media hype or false publicity of any person or institute without checking through it.

Google Phone is Coming?

Is Google going to introduce its Google phone? According to mobile industry insiders and analysts, Google is developing its own mobile phone which will tentatively be available for sale in 2008.Google might be working with HTC and mobile giant Orange to materialize this low cost and internet-connected mobile phone.

Both Orange and Google have kept perfectly silent on this matter. Nevertheless, Google spokesman revealed that mobile is an important area for Google and Google will continue to focus on creating applications as well as establishing and growing partnerships with these industry leaders to develop innovative services for its users worldwide.

If this rumour is true, it will benefit a lot of users. News leaked out from Google disclosed that this new Google phone is able to receive emails, handle voice-over-internet calls (VOIP), and other internet based functions. This phone will help users to synchronize their emails easier, make cheaper calls and even enjoy short movie clips from YouTube! All these can be done without a PC.

The launching of Google phone will definitely affect other mobile phones' market share. This news is spreading fast and it seems to be pretty accurate. Having said that, feverish speculations about Google products have been proven wrong before. Previously Google was widely reported to be building its own line of personal computers. However, what was actually produced was a set of free software programs designed to make any existing Windows PC easier to use.

Burylo elaborates, "Retirement, as we understand it today, is a new human phenomenon; never before, have so many people been able to enjoy such a significant amount of leisure for such a significant period of time."

Topics covered in these planned events include:

1. The impact of retiring Baby Boomers on the stock market

2. Learn how truly and safely diversify your IRA Portfolio with Real Estate

3. Emerging trends in IRA investments

4. Real estate development in Mexico

Recent statistics indicate there are approximately 70 million Americans and 9 million Canadian Baby Boomers on the threshold of a transition from the workforce to retirement. This presents unparalleled opportunities in the role of a retirement portfolio. FundValarta.com (www.fundVallarta.com) understands both the unique needs of their clients as well as the unique dynamics associated with traditional portfolio analyses.

Burylo indicates 'business as usual' may be changing, "There is only one reason baby boomers have seen stock prices, generally speaking, rise over their lifetime: there have been more buyers with resources to buy, than there have been sellers with investments to be sold. This is about to change dramatically."

Famed car maker and industrialist, Henry Ford, understood unexpected change when he said, "The economic and technological triumphs of the past few years have not solved as many problems as we thought they would, and, in fact, have brought us new problems we did not foresee"

FundVallarta.com is an investment strategist's clearinghouse seeking to take the guesswork out of Mexico real estate investment. They offer online answers to redirecting an IRA account from a traditional or Roth IRA to a self-directed account allowing for diversity in IRA investing. That diversity includes the purchase of beachfront property in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Delay Sending of Email Message in Microsoft Outlook (Supports Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL and all POP3/IMAP Mail)

Occasionally you may need to delay or postpone delivery or sending or an email message. Normally, when you click on “Send” button, the email will be sent immediately, no matter you're using desktop email clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird, or web-based email services (of course, not when you disconnect from Internet when using offline desktop mail client where email cannot be sent out). The ability to delivery delivery of mail message will be useful in such a case where you want a mail to only be delivered to recipients on future date such as birthday wishes, appointment reminders, anniversary celebration, holiday or ocassion greetings, or simply to avoid sending mail to person on vacation when you know that he or she won't back before certain date, and etc. Microsoft Outlook provides such a feature called “ Do Not Deliver Before ” to postpone sending of email to future date or time, and enable all POP3, IMAP, HTTP or Microsoft Exchange Server email services.

In Microsoft Outlook, to enable delay sending of emails at a specified time and date later than current time, or postponing the delivery date and time, use following steps:

  1. In the Message window (where you type your email content), click the Options button. Alternatively, click on View -> Options.
  2. In the Message Options dialog window, select and tick the “Do Not Deliver Before” check box, under the Delivery Options. Then choose the desired send date and time to deliver the email by using the calendar and time drop down list.
  3. Click Close and then click OK.

The email message that is delayed sending in future date will be held in the Outbox folder after you clicking on Send button. Once the specified assigned date and time is reached, the email will be sent and delivered, and email been moved to Sent Items folder automatically, provided you're connected to Internet.

The delay email sending trick works in most version of Microsoft Outlook, i.e Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2003, XP and 2000. Beside, as the Do Not Deliver Before delay sending function is a feature of Microsoft Outlook (but not Outlook Express), works independently of email account providers, and Outlook can be configured to access many popular free email accounts, thus the postponement of email sending feature can be extend to these free mail accounts, as long as these email providers support one of the email transfer protocols that Outlook supports, such as POP3, SMTP, IMAP, Microsoft Exchange Server and HTTP (for MSN and Hotmail or Windows Live Mail). In quick glance, almost all of the most popular free webmail such as Google Gmail , Yahoo (only paid premium account), Hotmail (Windows Live Mail), Fastmail, AOL, Inbox.com, AIM, HotPOP, can delay sending message by configuring Outlook to access the email account instead of using webmail interface.
